 One of the most notable trends in aesthetic medicine today is the shift beyond volumizing fillers toward skin rejuvenation and biostimulation focused on improving skin quality itself. JUVELOOK, from VAIM, is a biostimulator combining PDLLA and HA: the HA provides immediate hydration and volume, while the PDLLA stimulates collagen synthesis over time. Designed for intradermal use, it is a skin booster aimed at improving overall skin quality, including texture and elasticity. In line with the current move toward natural-looking results rather than overfilling, it is drawing attention in Asia and beyond. At the VAIM booth during IMCAS Asia 2026 in Bangkok, Thailand, we spoke with Singapore-based oculoplastic surgeon Dr. Stephanie Young, one of the early users of JUVELOOK in Singapore and Southeast Asia.
