[IMCAS Asia 2026 Special ⑫ | Interview] "Balancing Comfort and Efficacy" — Dr. Siew Tuck Wah, XERF KOL

 Sagging skin and a heavy-looking facial contour aren't just about the skin's surface. They're a structural issue spanning multiple depths — from the dermis down to the SMAS, a deep fascial layer — so treating the surface alone often falls short of the intended lift. At IMCAS Asia 2026 in Bangkok, we sat down with Dr. Siew Tuck Wah of Singapore, a KOL who has used XERF — Cynosure Lutronic's monopolar RF lifting device — for about a year and a half. The evening before the congress opened, he shared his clinical experience with XERF at the Cynosure Lutronic dinner symposium.
