 Primoris International's 'P198' is an exosome-based skin booster line; its 'ExoHealer' formulation contains exosomes derived from umbilical cord blood stem cells. Freeze-dried exosomes are reconstituted with an activating solution before being delivered to the skin, and the line is used for concerns ranging from skin texture and hydration to the appearance of acne scars. At IMCAS Asia 2026 in Bangkok, Thailand, we sat down with Dr. Santi Jaturawichanant of B'est Clinic, who has been combining laser with exosomes in his Bangkok practice. Because the intact skin barrier can limit penetration after topical application alone, he first uses a laser to create fine microchannels across the epidermis and upper dermis, then applies the preparation to facilitate deeper penetration. He walked us through his 'golden period' protocol — repeat application over the first two to three days after treatment — along with his non-injection delivery strategy for settings where injectable use is restricted, his perspective on how safety considerations differ from polymer-based boosters, and how Korean medical aesthetics is being received in Thailand.
