[Hands-On] Lift the Eye Area, Restore Under-Eye Volume: Dr. Changil Yoon's SENSE KISS — ELLISYS SENSE × Juvelook i Combination | Part 1

 As more patients present with eyelid descent and under-eye hollowing, there is growing interest in a combination approach that addresses both tissue laxity and volume loss in the periocular area, which is often difficult to treat with a single modality. Dr. Changil Yoon of YOU&I Clinic, Mokdong, uses a treatment that pairs Chungwoo Medical's fractional microneedle RF device, ELLISYS SENSE, with the collagen biostimulator Juvelook i, combining superficial tissue tightening with restoration of under-eye volume in a single session. Because ELLISYS SENSE uses vacuum suction to anchor the skin, it can treat even the mobile eyelid; in parts of Europe, this vacuum-assisted eyelid protocol is marketed as SENSE KISS. Paired with it, Juvelook i — the smallest-particle product in the Juvelook line at about 20 µm (PDLLA·HA) — gradually restores lost volume and, according to Dr. Yoon, may help reduce the likelihood of nodule formation in the thin periocular tissues. In Part 1, follow the clinical rationale for the combination through to the Juvelook i injection with a 25-gauge cannula.
