 Dr. Uk Lee of Noble Classic Clinic (Suwon) has unveiled the second installment of his hands-on video series, detailing the three-step protocol for lifting procedures using the GentleMax Pro Plus GLX handpiece. According to Dr. Lee, the first step involves heating the deeper layers, followed by the second step where high-energy settings are applied using a stamping movement. The third step delivers uniform coverage across the entire face through rapid, paint-brush-style movements. Dr. Lee noted that immediate cooling is not recommended post-treatment, even when erythema occurs, and that the Cryo 7 cooling device should only be used in cases of significant discomfort. He also discussed combination treatment strategies, recommending ONDA for patients with thicker skin and HIFU for those with thinner skin to enhance treatment outcomes. Dr. Lee concluded by emphasizing that customized protocol design based on individual skin conditions is key to achieving optimal outcomes.
