The 5th DEEP Thanks Symposium Highlights the Evidence-Based Combination Treatments

 The 5th DEEP Thanks Symposium, jointly hosted by Daewoong Pharmaceutical and DNC Aesthetics, was held from November 8–9 at The Plaza Hotel in Seoul. The DEEP Symposium has established itself as a leading medical aesthetics education platform in Korea, offering an evidence-based and clinically driven academic program that goes far beyond simple product training. This year’s event was organized to express gratitude to the clinicians who participated in DEEP programs throughout the year and to share the latest trends in combination treatments. On the first day, Dr. Dooyeoul Chang of Change Clinic served as chair, followed by lectures from Dr. Jaewoo Kim of Class One Clinic, who presented multi-layered combination techniques using DCLassy HA fillers, and Dr. Hosung Choi of Piena Clinic, who delivered a live demonstration on collagen activation using DCLassy CaHA. On the second day, Dr. Chang presented a lifting protocol combining Dooth and DCLassy CaHA. At the same time, Dr. Seunghyun Lee of View Plastic Surgery Clinic introduced a lower-face–focused lifting approach. The organizers stated that they plan further to strengthen global academic exchange through the DEEP program and to continue developing it as a core platform in the growing K-aesthetics ecosystem.
